Using Pawbe

Pawbe is an online marketplace and community resource that helps people discover puppy listings, breeder profiles, dog-breed information, and related services. By using Pawbe, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms.

Pawbe is not the seller, breeder, buyer, transporter, veterinarian, escrow service, or agent for users. A listing does not mean Pawbe has verified every statement made by a seller or breeder.

Accounts, listings, and content

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Information you submit must be accurate, current, and yours to share. You may not post misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.

By posting listing text, photos, videos, or profile content, you give Pawbe a non-exclusive right to host, display, format, promote, and distribute that content as needed to operate and market the service. You keep ownership of the content you submit.

Listing standards

Sellers and breeders are responsible for complying with all laws, licensing rules, animal-welfare requirements, consumer-protection obligations, and truthful-advertising requirements that apply to them. You must not use Pawbe to facilitate scams, deceptive deposits, puppy mills, unlawful animal sales, or any activity that harms people or animals.

Pawbe may review, edit for formatting, decline, suspend, remove, or restrict listings and accounts that we believe violate these Terms, create risk, or harm the Pawbe community.

Payments and paid features

Some Pawbe listings, upgrades, and services may require payment. Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by third-party processors. Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, fees for completed services and purchased visibility upgrades are non-refundable.

Safety and transactions

Users are responsible for their own decisions and transactions. Buyers should communicate carefully, ask questions, meet safely, verify information, review health and registration documents, and avoid sending money when something does not feel right. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling commitments made to buyers.

Pawbe does not guarantee a seller, breeder, buyer, puppy, payment, listing, message, or transaction. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pawbe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Intellectual property and site access

Pawbe’s name, logo, design, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content without permission.

Termination and changes

You may stop using Pawbe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms. We may modify Pawbe or these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
