This health check is performed by a veterinarian who completes a USDA Health Report. This report, created by a licensed veterinarian, is designed to examine the condition of every puppies: ears, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, respiratory, cardiovascular, urogenital, gastrointestinal, skin, coat and musculoskeletal.
