How do I Create an Account?

Click on "Sign up" at the top of the website or scroll down and Click "Create an Account". Fill in the form and click "Register". You will be sent to the login page, now enter your email/password and click login. Once you are logged in you will be taken to "My Account". "My Account" page has "Edit Profile" "Post an AD" "My Ads" "Pending Ads" and "Purchase History."

Should I watch out for scammers?

Although we have safeguards in place to help you from getting scammed. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Ask to video chat and if they have excuses, it's likely they don't have puppies/dog .

Why does my Ad say I don't want to be contacted?

Your ad may have expired or is pending approval.

Why wasn't my Ad approved?

We get over 300+ Ad requests a day. We try our best to approve only real ads. Either your Ad was suspicious or there was a location mismatch.

How do I place a Dog/Puppy Ad?

Click on "Place an Ad" scroll down. You have two options to choose from. "Sell Your Puppies" or "Breeder Directory". Click the one you want to place. Fill out the Form and upload images. Click "Go to Next Step" Now you can upload your videos if you have one.(If you don't have a video that is fine, click "skip". Now is the time to create an account if you haven't already. You will be taken to "My Account" where you can view your account information and Ads.

How do I edit my Ad?

Login to your account, click "My Account" scroll down, under "My Ads" click "Edit Ad" on the Ad. It will take you to the Ad form page, scroll down until you see "Upload images" you can select up to 4 images, next scroll down until you see "go to next step" now you are able to upload a video, if you don't have one that is fine, click "skip" and it should take you back to the "My Account" page. Scroll down again to see "My Ads".

I'm not receiving emails from Pawbe?

1). Double-check your email address. Make sure the address on your account is spelled correctly. If you need to make a change, you can update your email address in your account settings. 2). Sign into the email address associated with your account, and check for emails from Pawbe. Be sure to also search for emails from Pawbe in your spam, junk, or bulk mail folders, as well as filters or tabs.
