The mixed breed is known for being smarter than the average canine too! Mom is a 13lb, West Highland Terrier(Westie) and dad is a 14lb, all black Poodle. He is hypoallergenic, CKC registered, up to date on all vaccines and de-wormers. Dewclaws have been removed.
